For all new patients, we do require a $150.00 deposit to secure an Initial Consultation. This amount will be deducted from the full consultation fee on the date of service.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 7 business days notice out of respect to Mr Qadir Khan’s time and those eagerly awaiting a sought-after consultation.

We can offer to reschedule this to another suitable time and your deposit will be transferred to the new consultation date. Those who cancel with 3 business days or less notice will forfeit the entire deposit as a late notice fee.

We require a 20% deposit to secure your surgery date. The balance of your surgical fee is then due 30 days prior to your surgery, when applicable.

We understand that situations arise that may warrant the need to cancel or change your surgery date. We ask you to do so with as much notice as possible and please understand the moving parts that may have been arranged for your case including; Hospital Admission,

Anesthetists, Nurses and Surgical Assistants as well as the likely possibility of other patients missing out on their potential surgery.
