A 20% deposit of the total surgical fee is required to secure your surgery date. The remaining 80% is payable no later than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to surgery.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your surgery, please notify West Coast Plastic Surgery as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees may apply:
Cancellation fees will take into account the reasonable costs and commitments incurred by the practice in preparing for and securing the scheduled procedure, including theatre and other non-refundable arrangements.
Where cancellation is required due to unforeseen medical circumstances, this will be considered on an individual basis and supporting documentation may be requested.
Hospital, anaesthetist, implant and other third-party fees may be subject to separate cancellation and refund policies. Patients are responsible for confirming these terms with the relevant provider.
Where surgery is cancelled or postponed by West Coast Plastic Surgery, the surgeon or hospital for reasons outside the patient’s control, any payments will be reviewed and appropriately refunded or transferred to a rescheduled surgery date.
At West Coast Plastic Surgery, we value your feedback and welcome any concerns about your experience with our practice.
